Begin your seafaring career on our structured 3-year Deck Cadet programme. You will rotate between onboard training (6 months per year) and shore-based maritime academy studies, with a guaranteed officer pathway at completion.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed first year at a recognised maritime academy
• Physically fit and medically cleared for sea service (ENG1 or equivalent)
• Ability to commit to 6 months at sea per year for three years
