Fleet Performance Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for fuel consumption, speed, and emissions
- Identify underperforming vessels and coordinate corrective actions with fleet superintendents
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management and charterers
- Support charter negotiations with data-backed speed/consumption warranties
Requirements
- 3+ years in fleet performance, voyage analysis, or marine data analytics
- Proficiency with performance monitoring tools (Marorka, Vessel Insight, or similar)
- Strong Excel / Python / Power BI skills; SQL is a plus
- Naval architecture or marine engineering background preferred
