HR Business Partner — Shore Staff
Apply nowPartner with our Hamburg, Singapore, and Manila office leaders to attract, develop, and retain the shore-based talent that keeps 48 vessels trading. You will own the full HR lifecycle for approximately 120 shore staff across three continents.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all shore positions (commercial, technical, operations, finance)
- Lead annual performance review and salary benchmarking cycles
- Advise managers on employment law in Germany, Singapore, and the Philippines
- Design and run onboarding and leadership development programmes
Requirements
- 4+ years as an HR generalist or HRBP, ideally in shipping, logistics, or industrial sectors
- Working knowledge of German employment law (Arbeitsrecht); Singapore MOM or Philippines DOLE familiarity is a strong plus
- Fluent in English; professional German is required for the Hamburg role
- CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR qualification preferred
